Before You Book a Mind Mantra Warrior

Please read these important guidelines:

1. Available Timings: Warriors are available between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM for their safety and well-being.

2. Allowed Deliveries Only: No alcoholic or restricted items are allowed.

3. Respect Our Warriors: Each Warrior is a student working to support their education — please treat them with dignity.

4. Safety First: The safety and respect of every Mind Mantra Warrior is our top priority.

5. Strict Action Policy: Any misbehavior or harassment will result in immediate legal action and a permanent service ban.

6. Refund Policy: If, due to any reason, a Warrior is unable to complete the delivery, your payment will be refunded or the service rescheduled promptly.

7. Shop Purchase Policy: If you request a Warrior to purchase an item from a shop on your behalf, you must make the payment directly to the shop through the QR code shared with you.

8. Communication Protocol: Every Warrior will contact you before purchasing or reaching your location, ensuring transparency and coordination.
